Owner / Director of Operations
Margaret Lesia Wells, has been working as a Registered Nurse for the past 30 years. She has had the opportunity to work in many fields of Nursing including: Pediatric, Geriatric, Psychiatric, Hospitals, Home Care, Home Health Care, as well as for the Georgia Waiver Programs. Her vast wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for people expressed in what she calls, her calling and assignment, has successfully propelled her to her position to provide Home Care and Home Health Care Services for all population.
Mr. Carlos Wells, LPN
Nursing Coordinator
Mr. Wells, is brother to Margaret Lesia Wells, RN (Owner). He has been working in the Skilled Care Geriatric Setting providing Nursing Care to the Geriatric population for the past 30 years and has now brought his wealth of knowledge to the team at All Is Well Care Services. His friendly ‘people-person’, personality, shining through in patient care is such an asset to fulfilling our commitment to excellence.
